Return to Worksite checklist for Leaders

  

Our Relationships Affect Our Health: Return to Worksite Checklist for Leaders is a guide for Department Heads, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads in creating a safe, reflective, and welcoming environment for staff/teams returning to their worksite after deployment or remote work.

Emotional Well-Being and Coping During COVID-19

The COVID-19 Coping guide was created by the UCSF Department of Psychiatry with a collaborative effort from a variety of experts. This site of resources for coping and emotional health has been developed for the benefit of our whole community – UCSF staff, faculty, students, patients, providers, Bay Area families, and the public at large. Browse a variety of resources on topics such as; wellness and mental health apps, families and care giving, clinical help for mental health issues, expert-led videos to bolster stress resilience, and much more.

Resilience and Emotional Well-Being Video Series

UCSF Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science

To help you navigate the unique mental health and wellness challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, the UCSF Department of Psychiatry has put together a collection of short videos focused on ways we can protect and enhance our own emotional well-being. The videos, which are available for free on YouTube, feature strategies and techniques shared by mental health experts at UCSF, as well as some of our colleagues from around the nation.

Emotion Regulation and Grounding in the Midst of COVID-19

You can practice these tools anytime! Practice these tools when your emotions are feeling too big and you want a way to decrease the intensity of your emotions. Use these tools when you have too many emotions going on at once and you want to slow things down.

5 C's Training Video

 

Heal San Francisco's Clinical Advisory Body developed the 5 C's of COVID-19 which are trauma informed clinical guidelines for supporting first responders. We are currently developing a complete toolkit to support these guidelines and translating them to other settings.
